i'm christie and i am a princess. really, though, i'm not a princess, but would like to believe that someday, i will conquer luxembourg with an army of a hundred so that i may revert said country to mediaeval ways and rule over it with an iron fist and a nice, pointy mace while i sit on a clear, semi-hollow glass throne filled with interchangable fiberoptic jell-o in various colours while random eunuchs fan me with fans made from the skins of dead children. i am the epitome of an intp; i am also insanity personified if given sugar, which you shouldn't give me if you value your own sanity. i ship faramir/eowyn and will squee if not restrained. i'm passionate about a lot of things, especially my future, writing, languages, literature, my novel, mediaeval history, philosophy, psychology, art, and acting. i have way too many ideas, not that that's a bad thing, but i'll never get to act on all of them and it makes me all cluttery-emo inside. i'm deathly afraid of birds, clowns, and crayons. girls whose lives revolve around their boyfriends -- or men in general -- piss me off. writing is my lifeblood. i'll never care what you think. languages are obsessions; i'm fluent in english, spanish, and french, and i also speak some welsh and quenya, and i'm learning swedish and icelandic (latin, finnish, russian, and ancient greek shall soon follow). musical theatre, however awesome it is, does not fulfill my drive to become involved in classical theatre. transparent objects > you, especially when they are green and squishy. matt, my boyfriend, is my best friend. i see things for what they are; what "should be" is only an afterthought that, oftentimes, never arrives at a final destination anyway. historical revolutions are sexy. politically, i'm fiscally conservative and socially uncaring to the point at which i may or may not someday be a dictator. i love orating random honey-tongued, flowery erotica off the top of my head. i love actual human beings in preference to the nasty crap that pollutes existence today. i love simplicity and sunsets and long conversations with people i adore. this world is amazing; i embrace that.
